At Armoroxmax, we are committed to delivering high-quality printed phone cases. Due to the nature of our products, all orders go through strict quality checks before dispatch.
1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
You received a damaged product
You received a wrong product
The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible, you must:
Record a clear box opening video starting from unopened package
Raise the request within 48 hours of delivery
Without a valid unboxing video, no claims will be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Wrong model selected by customer
Minor color/design variation due to screen differences
Used or damaged products after delivery
3. Replacement Policy
Eligible cases will receive a free replacement
Replacement will be shipped after verification of proof
In rare cases where replacement is not available, a refund will be issued
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only if:
Replacement is not possible, OR
Order was cancelled before dispatch, OR
Payment was made but order could not be fulfilled
Refund Timelines:
Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method within 5–7 working days
COD Orders: Refund processed to bank account within 5–7 working days after details are submitted
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
For COD orders:
Repeated fake or unaccepted orders may lead to permanent restriction from future purchases
6. Important Notes
Our cases are custom-printed products, so slight alignment differences may occur
All claims are subject to verification by our team
Armoroxmax reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet policy criteria
