• Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
• Other Locations: 5–7 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
• Additional Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply

We may offer free shipping on select offers or promotions.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on selected orders and locations
• Our team may contact you for order confirmation before dispatch

Important:
Repeated fake or unaccepted COD orders may lead to restriction from future purchases.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

• Courier partner issues
• Weather conditions
• High order volume
• Remote location accessibility

Armoroxmax is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

• Customers must provide accurate shipping details
• If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailability, it may be returned (RTO)

In such cases:

• Re-shipping charges may apply
• Prepaid orders will be refunded after deducting shipping costs
